Roselyn Onalaja is a Human Resources and business development professional with competencies in management, resourcing, corporate strategy, systems development, SME consulting, learning & development and employee motivation.

She leads the team of consultants at StreSERT Integrated Limited, collaborating with enterprises to determine the root cause of their problems and crafting compelling management and business support solutions that are specifically fitted to their business challenges. In her capacity as Managing Consultant, she sits on the board of the company.

Her management and HR skills and competencies are extensively developed, with keen interest in organizational development, capacity building, development of systems and processes for small and medium enterprises employee development and motivation. She has developed and facilitated topics in management/operational skills and leadership development, corporate communications, client service, human resources and personal effectiveness.

Roselyn has over 20 years cognate experience in human resource services, starting her career at Andersen Consulting (formerly Accenture Nigeria) where she was exposed to world-class standards. The skills she developed working here have become her greatest asset in her quest for higher career and professional growth, leading to her successes in entrepreneurial ventures; some of them being StreSERT Integrated Limited and StreSERT Services Limited which she oversees as Managing Consultant.

Roselyn is the Chairman of the MSME Committee at the Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce (NBCC) 

Roselyn holds a bachelor degree in Linguistics and Masters in Public Administration (MPA), specializing in Human Resources Management. She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPMN), the Nigerian Institute for Training Administration (NITAD), and an alumnus and volunteer facilitator and mentor at Fate Foundation; a not–for-profit organization with a mission to foster wealth creation by promoting business and entrepreneurial development among Nigerians. She is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and a member of the Enterprise Development Centre of the Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos where she also served on the Expert-in-Residence program; a business advisory clinic for Goldman Sachs scholars on completion of Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management (CEM) Program at the Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos. She is also a member of the Institute of Directors.

Roselyn is the Chairman of the MSME Committee at the Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce (NBCC) where she also serves as an expert-in-residence for MSME members of the Chamber; she is a member of the Communication & Advocacy Committee at Fate Foundation, where she also serves as a volunteer mentor and facilitator. She sits on the Governing Council of the Nigerian Employers Consultative Association (NECA) and the Ogun State Polytechnic, Ipokia as a representative of NECA. She is a volunteer mentor at the Cherie Blair Foundation, the Founder Institute Lagos and Women in Business and Management (WIMBIZ). She is a Fellow of The Association of Outsourcing Practitioners of Nigeria (AOPN) and the WIMBIZ Women on Boards (WIMBoard) Mentoring Program. Roselyn is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Lanre Olusola Coaching Academy Certified Life Coach. She is an SME advocate with passion for coaching and guiding small businesses to develop systems and processes that ensure consistent growth which makes them attractive to the right workforce, customers and investors and remain sustainable.
