ICPM CERTIFICATION PROCESS
A Clear, Structured Path to Certification
ICPM certification is designed to be straightforward and predictable. Each step is structured to confirm eligibility, validate experience, and guide you efficiently from application to certification.

Training
ICPM’s management certification Training is an opportunity to upskill your management skills with a verified and structured ICPM’s curriculum. As a authorized partner we will training and get you prepared for management and certification.
Training is online for 7 weeks, after the training you get a certificate of participation from us. But if you want to get the global certification you will be required to pay for the examination seperately.

Certification Exams
ICPM’s management certification exams are completed online and structured around real-world management scenarios. Each management certification has a defined timeframe, allowing you to schedule and complete exams based on your availability.

Application Review and Verification
After the online training for 7 weeks with SIL, you can proceed to purchase the certification exam(s) or we help you in doing it. Then your eligibility is confirmed through a short application process. Required documentation is submitted and reviewed to ensure standards are met before certification is finalized.
Applications and eligibility are typically reviewed and determined within two business days.

Optional materials are available for candidates who have finished our 7 weeks training. ICPM provides optional materials for candidates who want to review key concepts before completing exams. These resources are designed to support confidence, not replace experience.
