Rachel Rosenfeldt is a founding member of Kotter, with more than 17 years of experience driving transformation efforts alongside Dr. John Kotter. She is the firm’s Executive Director and Head of Training and Global Partnerships, and has been a key leader in shaping Kotter’s approach to transformation—ranging from digital to cultural to operational transformation—across diverse industries and geographies. Rachel has been instrumental in contributing to the development of Kotter’s research and services, and she continues to guide customers towards achieving results in today’s increasingly disrupted world. Beyond her role at Kotter, Rachel serves on the boards of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and the Charles River School.
