I am a lean, continuous improvement and agile practitioner with competencies in strategy, growth, go-to market strategy, new consumer concepts development and launch, operational transformation and turnaround, cost optimisation, and performance improvement.

I have done extensive work on strategy development & implementation for the Nigerian business environment, with deep experience in education, learning and development, agriculture, mining and consumer services, bringing to play my trans-disciplinary and novel thinking skills to steer indigenous businesses towards “good strategy”. My focus is on generating real and measurable value for clients by identifying and creating drivers and levers of sustainable competitive advantage. In my work with clients, I have helped guide outcome focused strategic conversations (for board and management retreats); craft and implement successful strategies and business models; implement the principles of quality management, continuous improvement and growth; and implement successful change management programmes.

Hence my focus on inculcating continuous learning in individuals and organisations.

I believe every citizen of the world has a responsibility to positively influence the wider society. I hold firmly the words of Margret Mead – “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful and committed citizens can change the world, in fact it is the only thing that has” Founder of Take Responsibility, an initiative that champions the power of personal choices and actions in impacting society. We are advocates of Taking Responsibility for the change you desire in your, in your community and in the world. Like little drops of water our individual decisions and actions can lead to a sea of change. Remember “all that is necessary for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing” I believe that people are the foundation for the success of any communal entity and it is in developing the individual that the success if any institution or nation is assured. Hence my focus on inculcating continuous learning in individuals and organisations.
