Prior to her role at StreSERT, Perita held leadership positions at FOSAD Consulting and Guaranty Trust Bank, where she managed corporate affairs, expatriate quota approvals, employee training, and office administration. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in History & International Relations from Lagos State University and has earned certifications in entrepreneurship and professional counseling.

She is a member of the ILO/NECA Labour Migration Advisory Committee for Employers and a mentor at FATE Foundation. Additionally, she has participated in fundraising initiatives for orphaned children affected by HIV/AIDS.
